  For the second time... i asked for a 'Salted Caramel Truffle' and Instead got some groos tasting pennut butter thing with chunks of cookie. Im extreamly disappointed

  Been to this Dairy Queen 3 times now. Every single time they got my order wrong. Charged me correctly, but gave me the wrong items. Pay attention to what you're serving people and ensure it's what they ordered. Tried to call to speak to someone and they also don't ever answer their phones.

  Very disappointed! I had to pay $1.30 above my meal price for a bottle of water. I dont drink pop and I feel like I'm being punished for making a healthy choice. Then when I sat down at the table the salt and pepper shaker was caked with disgusting remnants of other people's meals. Bottom line is, the $1.30 which was said to be because of "deposit because you know it's a bottle" said the working supervisor, isn't for the deposit (which isn't $1.30) or for keeping up the quality of the restaurant. I won't be going back and I will be make sure to pass on my thoughts to family and friends.

  The service is the worst, they are rude and totally disrespectful. The blizzards are rarely blended (whole bottom half just plan white ice cream) and when you order extra toppings they take the money but don't actually give you extra toppings . I feel if I actually want Dairy Queen I should just drive to cold lake cause here doesn't live up.
