  If you're in a rush, you might want to reconsider! Used the drive thru around 8pm (didn't appear busy), we hadn't had supper yet. Didn't order anything complex. Waited approx. 20 mins in the drive thru line. Staff were pleasant and apologetic, said they were short staffed so I was pleasant with them as well. After waiting what felt like a lifetime for our food (had hangry kids with us), we discovered our food was OLD and COLD. Ended up chucking it all. Super disappointing and will not be returning.

  Went to pick up coffee cups to take at home on Friday night, pulled up to the window and received no greeting. All the guy said was "system change" so I replied back and said "so what exactly does that mean?" Since he clearly didn't care to explain. He said he couldn't serve me FOOD for 15 minutes so I just reassured him that I did not need food and I was wondering if I could buy coffee cups , seeing as this was not a food item(didn't realize they could sell nothing because he didn't explain)
  He then snapped back and said "I can't sell you that thing either"
  So I said "okay I'll just see if maybe Tim Hortons carries them."
  Where he replied "I don't care, have a good one"
  I get finding good staff is hard but I work in the food business and I've never been treated so poorly by a worker. Rude, short tempered and terrible people skills.
  Night shifts suck but you're ruining someone else's day by treating them this way.
  Extremely turned off from returning.

  Forgot a packet. Disappointed.... i cant even... Ive been working and living in this country for 12 years. Canada has become a home for me. I used to live in saudi Arabia, where i faced persecution everyday. Now, i thought i'd be safe here, but even in Canada im judged for being a dirty brown sand man. They, and i swear by allah this is what they did... They forgot a ketchup packet. NEVER in my LIFE have i felt so abused for being muslim. White people never forget each others ketchup, but they always forget mine. By allah.. im done being a customer here forever.

  This says 6 m. but that is not true. I was there last week. The reason I do not give it a 5 star is because to get a coffee refill takes them a long time while a person stands at the counter. At A & W they come around & serve you & if they don't they give you coffee right away when you go to the counter.

  10 minutes to get a cup of coffee. Seriously. In the drive through. They had to ask me to park in the waiting area. For coffee. At 9:30 am.
  
  Poor staff, sat at drive through window for 5 minutes before someone looked at the window to tell me I needed to wait some more.
  
  For a cup of coffee. No special order. Cream and sugar.
  
  Only go if you have lots of time.
